Simone Bednarik have been selected second team all-conference in the SUNYAC for the 203-24 season.
Lexi Levy had her best statistical season in goal for the Lakers in 2023-24. In 21 games played she allowed an average of 1.73 goals with a total of 563 saves. She tallied a record of 11-9-1 with a save percentage of .943. These numbers were good enough to place Levy third in the conference in saves, save percentage, and goals against average. Levy comes to SUNY Oswego from St. Louis, MO.
Simone Bednarik tied for the most assists this season for the Lakers with 13, was fourth in points with 15, and took the second most shots with 75. Bednarik also scored two goals this season for the Lakers. Last season Bednarik was selected to the NEWHL second team all-conference as well. Bednarik comes to Oswego from Elmhurst, IL.
The Lakers finished this season with a heartbreaking defeat in the SUNYAC playoffs at Cortland. They had an overall record of 14-11-1 while going 12-5-1 in the conference.
