The rally was started with a walk from Jacob Levine followed by a single from Anthony Barone, and a double off the wall from Brian Brezosky. Later in the inning, VanDreason singled home another run but the Golden Eagles cut down the Lakers at the plate and Oswego took a 2-0 lead into the third.
Jacob Levine got the bottom of the 4th started with a single back up the middle, Barone walked after him, Brezosky singled next, bringing Trey McGowan to the play with the bases loaded and nobody out. McGowan lined out to right field, but Blake VanDreason hit a sac fly to right field that scored Levine giving the Lakers a 3-0 lead.
With two outs and Barone on third in the 6th, VanDreason singled through the left side scoring the Laker's fourth run of the game. VanDreason stole second and was sent home when Jelani Hamer doubled down the left field line.
