Next, Daniel Winchester singled up the middle sending home Featherstone. Jacob Levine reached on an error and Joe McLaughlin singled to bring in another run. The Bombers went to a pitching change with only one out in the first. The Lakers pushed across another run on a ground out and carried a 7-0 lead into the second inning.

After Ithaca answered with a combined 4 runs in the second and third inning, Hamer singled to start another rally in the fourth. CJ McCarthy singled once again and sent home Hamer. McCarthy scored later in the inning on a wild pitch and the lead built to 9-4 in favor of Oswego.
