DELHI, N.Y. - The SUNY Oswego men's soccer team was on the road Sunday afternoon for the second game in two days. Today, they took on the SUNY Delhi Broncos of the NAC. Scoring early and often, the Lakers secured their second win of the weekend, 4-1.

HOW IT HAPPENED
In their second game of the weekend, the Lakers offense came out and tested the Delhi goalie early. They fired multiple shots in the opening minutes to maintain possession over the Broncos. At 18 minutes, the Lakers were awarded a penalty kick that
Kyle Gehnrich buried for a 1-0 lead. Later in the half,
Scout McCumiskey fired a shot from the top of the box that got by the Delhi goalie giving Oswego a 2-0 lead heading into half time.
It only took three minutes in the second half for the Lakers to extend their lead. After Oswego was awarded a corner kick,
Matthew Sturman scored at 48:11 to make it 3-0 Lakers. In the 78
th minute,
Hamid Alhamid scored his first career goal as a Laker off an assist from
Luke Brosokas. Oswego cruised the rest of the match with a 4-0 lead until in the final minute Delhi was able to push across a goal to make the final score for the afternoon, 4-1.
