Faith Coyle was announced as its first 2024 Women's Cross Country Runner of the Week!
The Lakers cross country teams opened their season at the Le Moyne Frank Dillon Memorial Cross Country Invitational. Senior, Coyle from Lake Hopatcong, NJ, finished third overall for the women with a time of 16:41.1 behind only two runners from Le Moyne College (Division I).
"Faith's performance this week exemplifies the hard work and dedication she's put into her training. Being named the SUNYAC Women's Cross Country Runner of the Week is a testament to her talent and commitment. We're incredibly proud of her and excited to see what she will accomplish next." Head Coach Juan Martinez.
The Lakers will host their first home meet of the season this Saturday starting at 11:00am where they will also honor their seniors.
