OSWEGO, N.Y. — The SUNY Oswego cross country team has announced its 2025-26 competition schedule, featuring a slate of seven regular-season meets culminating in the SUNYAC Championship.

The Lakers will open their campaign on Saturday, August 30, at the Le Moyne College Invitational in Syracuse, NY, before returning home the following weekend to host the Oswego Invitational on September 6 at Fallbrook Recreation Center.

After a brief break, the team heads west for the University of Rochester Invitational on September 20, a key mid-season test. October brings two more road challenges: the Houghton University Invitational on October 11 and the Canisius University Invitational in Buffalo on October 18, where the Lakers will face strong regional competition.

The postseason begins on November 1 with the SUNYAC Championships in Plattsburgh, NY. From there, Oswego will aim for a strong showing at the Niagara Region XC Championships in Rochester on November 15, with the ultimate goal of qualifying for the NCAA Division III National Championships on November 22.
