Cortland: 4 (6-5, 3-2 SUNYAC)
Location: Binghamton, NY

How It Happened:
The Lakers came out strong in doubles play, securing the crucial early point with dominant performances at the top and bottom of the lineup. The No. 1 duo of Emily DeLuca and Leah Bell earned a 6-4 victory, while Avery Borman and Ashlyn Feneck cruised to a 6-2 win at No. 3 doubles. The No. 2 pairing of Isabella Eason and Kate Hayes held a 5-3 lead before their match went unfinished as Oswego clinched the doubles point.

In singles, the Lakers continued to battle across all six courts. DeLuca picked up a straight-set victory at No. 3 singles (6-4, 6-0), and Eason followed suit with a commanding win at No. 4 (7-5, 6-0), putting Oswego ahead 3-2 at one stage of the match.
However, Cortland rallied late with wins at the top and bottom of the lineup to edge out the Lakers and advance to the next round.
