OSWEGO, N.Y. — With a trip to the SUNYAC Championship on the line, Oswego women's volleyball delivered one of its most complete performances of the season, sweeping New Paltz (25–19, 25–14, 25–18) to punch its ticket to tomorrow's title match against top-seeded Cortland for just the second time in school history.

How It Happened
From the opening serve, the Lakers looked composed, balanced, and locked in. After a tight first half of Set 1, Oswego's offense settled into rhythm, turning to efficient attacking and steady defense to pull away and set the tone.
Priscilla McReynolds powered the offense, posting a match-high 14 kills on .273 hitting while also adding a service ace and six digs.
She was joined up front by
Kalley Vugteveen, who was outstanding with eight kills on a blistering .500 hitting percentage and five total blocks.
Middle production was key as well—
Alaina Dudzinski chipped in six kills at a .417 clip, and
Grace Gdovin added eight more while contributing eight digs to steady the back row.
Running the attack,
Mya Bush was outstanding, dishing out 31 assists and guiding Oswego to an impressive .252 team hitting percentage—far above New Paltz's -.019 mark.
The Lakers' blocking presence proved overwhelming, totaling 16 block assists and controlling the net throughout the match.
Defensively, Oswego was sharp and disciplined.
CJ Eidem anchored the backcourt with 11 digs, while the Lakers held New Paltz to single digit kills in each set.
What's Next
With the sweep, the Lakers advanced to the SUNYAC Championship. Tomorrow, they'll face Cortland with the conference title and an NCAA Tournament berth on the line.
