MORRISVILLE, NY. - The SUNY Oswego Women's Lacrosse team traveled to Morrisville, NY to take on the Mustangs this afternoon.

HOW IT HAPPENED
Mackenzie Winn started off the scoring for the Lakers less than a minute into the first quarter. Noelle Smith, Alexis Hill, and Ashley Casserly each netted two in the first quarter, with Sadie Zemanick, Kathryn Nash, and Madison Davis each also scoring once in the first, putting the Lakers ahead 11-0 at the end of the first.
In the second, the Lakers slowed down their scoring, but not by much, as Madison Davis, Cassidy Croce, and Ava Tulimiero each tacked on one goal. Additionally, Jaelynn Aldrich scored two goals back to back, making it 16-0 Oswego at halftime.
To kick off the second half, Sophie Ruschin scored her second of the day. Riley Rosenzweig would score her first, followed by two man-up goals for the Lakers, scored by Milena Vassalo and Caitlin Garvin, reaching the 20 goal mark before the fourth quarter even began.
The Mustangs would get three goals back in the fourth quarter, but the Lakers prevailed in dominant fashion, with 14 different players scoring at least once, and 6 players scoring twice in a 20-3 win over Morrisville.
WHAT'S NEXT?
The Lakers will head back to Oswego, and are slated to host the SUNY Canton Kangaroos this Wednesday, April 2nd, at 4:00PM.
