OSWEGO, NY – The Oswego Men's Tennis team secured a 6–1 victory over Houghton at a 4:00 PM matchup on Friday. Despite a strong showing from Houghton in the doubles segment, Oswego controlled the singles matches to seal the win.

Doubles Recap:
Oswego claimed two of the three doubles contests to earn the doubles point.
- At the top spot, Anthony Marcano and Matthew Mannara powered past Nolan Zach and Graham Cook with an 8–2 win.
- Houghton struck back at No. 2 doubles, where Preston Tobolski and Sam Garay overwhelmed Austin Davis and Zach DeMott, 8–1.
- The decisive third match saw Oswego's Colin Byer and Tyler Yhun take down Jason Murphy and Isaac Anderson, 8–3, clinching the doubles point for the Lakers.
Singles Recap:
Oswego carried the momentum into singles, winning five out of six matches.
- No. 1 and No. 2 singles were dominated by Oswego, with Marcano and Mannara defeating Zach and Tobolski in straight sets, both 6–1, 6–0.
- At No. 3, Austin Davis edged out Graham Cook in a hard-fought three-set thriller: 6–4, 4–6, 7–6.
- Houghton's lone point came from No. 4 singles, where Sam Garay handled DeMott 6–3, 6–4.
- Rounding out the lineup, Colin Byer beat Murphy 6–1, 6–2 at No. 5, and Jose Miguel Garcia shut out Isaac Anderson 6–0, 6–0 at No. 6.
