The opener turned into an offensive slugfest, and the Lakers wasted no time setting the tone. After breaking through with four runs in the second inning, Oswego delivered the decisive blow in a massive fourth inning, plating 11 runs to blow the game wide open.
Brogan Olson led the charge with a game-high five RBIs, highlighted by a grand slam that punctuated the fourth-inning eruption.

Brendan Mair chipped in with a pair of hits, and
Jaxson Mayo added an RBI as the Lakers built a commanding 16-0 lead through four innings.
On the mound,
Jonah Shearer earned the win with three shutout innings to start the game, setting the foundation before the bullpen navigated a late Fredonia push. The Blue Devils rallied for 10 runs over the final three innings, including a grand slam in the seventh, but Oswego's early cushion proved too much to overcome.
In the second game, the Lakers shifted from slugfest to control, using timely hitting and strong pitching to complete the sweep.
Ricky Fasitta jumpstarted the offense with a leadoff home run, and Oswego steadily built its lead with multi-run innings in the fourth and fifth.
Ben Rollison delivered the biggest swing of the game, launching a three-run homer as part of a four-run fourth inning that broke things open.
Rollison finished with five RBIs, while Fasitta and Olson each added multi-hit efforts.
Matt Carner also contributed with two hits and an RBI as Oswego totaled 10 hits in the contest.
On the mound,
Matthew Krull turned in a strong start, allowing just one run over five innings to earn the win. The bullpen trio of
Tanner Ennen,
Jordan Goble, and
Danny Moccio combined to shut the door, allowing just one hit over the final two innings to secure the victory.
