SUNY Oswego Releases 2026 Women's Soccer Schedule

OSWEGO, N.Y. – The SUNY Oswego women's soccer team has announced its 2026 schedule, a 15-match regular season slate that features a strong non-conference schedule and an eight-game SUNYAC campaign as the Lakers look to build momentum toward another postseason appearance.

Oswego begins its preseason schedule with home exhibitions against Onondaga Community College on Aug. 22 and St. John Fisher on Aug. 23 before Aug. 26 with a road contest at Nazareth.

The Lakers make their regular-season home debut on Sept. 1 when they host Brockport at Laker Turf Stadium. Oswego's non-conference schedule also includes matchups against Hamilton, Geneseo, St. Lawrence, and Marywood, providing the Lakers with several opportunities to test themselves against strong regional competition.

A key weekend early in the season comes Sept. 11-12 when Oswego travels to Dunkirk to compete in the Fredonia Tournament. The tournament will provide valuable experience before the Lakers enter the heart of their regular-season schedule.
Conference play begins on Sept. 30 with a road trip to Fredonia. The Lakers' SUNYAC home opener follows on Oct. 3 when Cortland visits Oswego in one of the conference's marquee matchups.

The SUNYAC schedule continues throughout October with contests against Buffalo State, Plattsburgh, Morrisville, Canton, Alfred State, and Potsdam. Oswego will host four conference games during the regular season, including matchups against Cortland, Plattsburgh, Alfred State, and Potsdam.

The regular season concludes on Oct. 24 when the Lakers host Potsdam, with conference tournament positioning likely on the line as teams battle for postseason seeding.

The SUNYAC Tournament begins with quarterfinal action on Oct. 31, followed by the semifinals on Nov. 4 and the championship match on Nov. 7. Oswego will be looking to secure one of the conference's postseason berths and make a run toward a SUNYAC title.
