The campaign opens Dec. 5 at the Utica Holiday Classic before the Lakers return to action after the winter break for the Utica Winter Opener on Jan. 15. The indoor schedule continues with stops at the RIT Friday Night Invitational and the Cornell Robert Kane Invitational, giving Oswego opportunities to compete against some of the top Division III and Division I programs in the Northeast.
The final tune-up before championship season comes Feb. 19 at the Nazareth Conference Tune-Up Invitational, where athletes will have one last opportunity to sharpen performances before the postseason begins.
The indoor championship season gets underway Feb. 26-27 with the two-day SUNYAC Championships. One week later, qualifying athletes will compete at the AARTFC Regional Championships on March 5-6, where the Lakers will look to continue their tradition of strong regional performances.
Following the conclusion of the indoor season, Oswego quickly shifts its focus outdoors, opening the spring campaign on March 27 at the University of Rochester Invitational.
April features one of the busiest stretches of the season, beginning with the Cortland Red Dragon Invitational before the Lakers split competition on April 10. Select athletes will travel to the Bucknell Invitational in Pennsylvania to compete against a nationally recognized field, while others will head to Brockport for another weekend of competition.
The Lakers return to Cortland on April 16-17 for the Cortland Classic before closing the regular season at the St. John Fisher Cardinal Classic on April 24.
The outdoor postseason begins April 30-May 1 at the SUNYAC Track and Field Championships in Fredonia. Conference titles, All-SUNYAC honors, and NCAA qualifying marks will all be on the line as the Lakers compete for another strong finish on the conference stage.
Oswego's season continues May 12-13 at the AARTFC Regional Championships, where qualifying athletes will have one final opportunity to improve their NCAA Championship resumes against many of the top performers from across the Atlantic Region.
