HAMILTON, N.Y. – Oswego Women's Soccer hit the road on Saturday to take on Hamilton College in a non-conference clash.

How it Happened
The two teams went back and forth in the opening minutes with Hamilton testing Kosick in goal and the Lakers taking a shot of their own. In the 26
th minute, Hamilton broke the 0-0 tie and scored the first goal of the game. Oswego continued to push with multiple shots coming from
Emily Rath and
Julia Carter. The Lakers looked to leverage their bench towards the end of the half and had a goal scoring opportunity in the form of a corner kick in the final five minutes. However, Hamilton found the back of the net twice more and took a 3-0 lead into halftime.
In the second half, the Lakers continued to try and drive the ball in the Hamilton end with limited success. Unfortunately, Hamilton always had an answer adding 4 more goals giving us our final score of 7-0.
WHAT'S NEXT
Oswego returns home on Tuesday, September 8, hosting Geneseo at Laker Turf Stadium. Kickoff is set for 4:00 p.m., when the Lakers will honor a Local Coaching Legend and raise awareness for Leukemia.
