Kenny Sturges coached the Hannibal High School varsity boys' basketball team for 35 seasons before joining the Laker staff for the 2010-11 season. He played basketball at Oswego State for three seasons from 1967-1970 before going on to become a Social Studies teacher at Hannibal High School.

Ken and his wife, Linda, reside in Oswego.
