Tommy Costanza rejoined the Lakers in the Fall of 2021. Costanza's duties include facilities, game management and market and promotions.
Costanza was previously an assistant with the Oswego men's lacrosse team in 2018 after an assistant coaching stint at Hampden-Sydney College (Va.). Costanza also spent time as an assistant coach at Syracuse, SUNY Geneseo and Wesley College and was previously the Club Director for Sweetlax Lacrosse club.
The Webster, N.Y. native attended SUNY Geneseo for his undergrad, earning many All-Conference accolades, while breaking the school record for most goals in a single season (52). He was named a 2019 USILA All-American and Academic All-American, earning second and first team All-SUNYAC and All-Tournament status. In his first season with the Knights, he was named the SUNY Geneseo Rookie of the Year.
Costanza received a Bachelor of Business Administration with a minor in Communication, before going on to earn a Masters from Wesley College.
