The Oswego State women's basketball team put forth a solid defensive effort in the first half and defeated Plattsburgh 61-38 on Tuesday.

The Lakers held the Cardinals to just 12 points in the first half and 29.8 percent shooting for the game. Kelly Mraz paced the Lakers with 14 points, four assists, and four steals. Sarah Lombard scored 10 points.
