The Oswego State men's soccer team defeated Utica 4-2 on Friday night, Oct. 27 in Utica.

Oswego State jumped out to a 3-0 lead on goals from Mike Kincaid, Pat Hurley, and Jim Mertz. Utica pulled two goals back, but senior Jason Popovich scored with 11 minutes remaining to seal the victory for the Lakers.

Oswego State is now 10-7-1 on the season and will play against Brockport on Tuesday at 1 p.m. at East Rochester High School in a SUNYAC playoff game.
