The Oswego State men's ice hockey team remained undefeated after a 5-1 victory over the Hamilton Continentals on Tuesday at the Campus Center Ice Arena.
The Lakers improved their record to 14-0-3 overall, while the Continentals dropped to 3-8-1 overall.
Neil Musselwhite led the way for the Lakers with two goals on the night, the first was a short-handed tally that gave Oswego State a 1-0 lead. His second came 2:46 into the third period and put the Lakers in front 3-1. Goals were also added for Oswego State by Ryan Woodward, Tony DiNunzio, and Trevor Gilligan, his first of the season.
Chris Lorenc scored the lone goal for Hamilton, a short-handed goal assisted by Casey Deak.
Ryan Scott recorded 25 saves in the victory for the Lakers, and Continentals goaltender Ian Stearns saved 37 shots.
Oswego State continues play Tuesday, Jan. 23 at Utica.
