BOX SCORE OSWEGO, N.Y. – The Oswego State men's soccer team forced their second double-overtime tie of the weekend on Saturday, tying SUNY Geneseo 1-1. Oswego is now 0-9-5 on the season and 0-4-4 in the SUNYAC.
Geneseo jumped out to the lead in the 48
th minute with a goal from Ryan Yurchak.
Brandyn Peters was able to tie the game at 1-1 when Geneseo goalkeeper Logan Calvey collided with
Paul Kwoyelo, who was trying for a one-on-one opportunity, leaving an empty net. Peters settled the ball as it came out of the box, caroming out of the collision, and he sent it into the upper left corner of the goal.
The Lakers shot nine times in the game, with two coming in the overtime periods.

Todd Lawson out-saved Calvey 8-3 in the game.
Oswego will be back in action for its last regular season game for a 1 p.m. game on Saturday at home on Laker Field against SUNY Cortland. It will be Senior Day for the Lakers.
