Potsdam, N.Y.-- The Oswego State men's soccer team tied SUNY Potsdam 1-1 in a double overtime battle on the road
on Saturday.
The Lakers struck first, with
Mike Naab scoring his third goal of the season in the 24th minute. Patrick Sprauge assisted on the score.
Oswego kept the lead until 53:42 when Potsdam's Eduardo Figueroa tied the game on a penalty kick.
The Lakers got nine shots off in the game, with three coming in overtime.
Goalkeeper
Jon Runge made seven saves between the pipes, out saving Potsdam goalie Stefan Sloma 7-1.
Oswego plays again when they travel to Buffalo State for a
4 p.m. SUNYAC matchup
on Friday.
