OSWEGO, N.Y. – Oswego State Men's Hockey completed their sweep of Western New York opposition with a 4-0 win over Buffalo State. The win puts the Lakers at 2-0 to begin SUNYAC play.

HOW IT HAPPENED
- The Lakers began the evening with plenty of opportunities to take the lead but were held scoreless until Daniel Colabufo was able to find the back of the net 17:42 into the first period.
- The first period would end with the Lakers leading 1-0 and leading in shots on goal, 14-4.
- The second period saw far less action as both teams were kept off the scoresheet. The Lakers were kept to just 9 shots on goal in the period while the Bengals had just 5 shots on target.
- The Lakers offense would start to break through in the 3rd period with a goal by Brock Krulicki 5:37 into the first period.
- Shane Bull added to the Lakers tally with two goals at 7:02 and 11:34 of the third period.
- Cal Schell recorded his first shutout of the season with his 17 save performance.
- The Lakers would finish the game outshooting the Bengals 31-17 and controlling the faceoff circle with 32 wins to 19 losses.
