HOW IT HAPPENED

• Nathan Couse took fifth in the Men's 1 Mile Run, finishing with a time of 4:34.81s.

• Aidan Harrington took first place in the 200m dash and the 400m dash this evening. Harrington finished his 200m race with a time of 22.95s, and 51.6s in the 400m dash. 

WHAT'S NEXT

Both the Men and Women will return to Rochester on Friday, February 17th to participate in the Nazareth Conference Tune Up.
