ONEONTA, NY – The Oswego State men's tennis team faced off against Oneonta this afternoon to finish off the season. The Red Dragons got the best of the Lakers defeating them by a score of 8-1.

HOW IT HAPPENED

There were a total of nine matches played this afternoon. 
	 
	- 
	
Oneonta swept the Lakers in doubles play, with Austin Davis and Anthony Salerno dropping the first game by a score of 8-2. 
	 
	- 
	
Anthony Marcano and Ethan Bannochie dropped game two by a score of 1-8.
	 
	- 
	
In the third match, Raymond Paull and Liam Reira were swept 8-0. 
	 
	- 
	
In singles play, Marcano would be defeated in the first match, going into a tiebreaker in set one, dropping set one by a score of 9-6. Marcano dropped set two by a score of 6-0.
	 
	- 
	
Davis dropped the second singles match, with scores of 6-0 for both sets. 
	 
	- 
	
Salerno was defeated in two sets, with scores of 6-0 as well. 
	 
	- 
	
Bannochie dropped set one by a score of 6-0, then fell in set two in a tiebreaker.

Paull was swept 6-0 in both of his singles sets this afternoon.

Zachary Demott would get the only win on the day for Oswego in his singles match, taking set one in a tiebreaker, then taking set two by a score of 6-2.
