CORTLAND, N.Y. – The Lakers finished the Cortland Red Dragon Open on Saturday. Several schools showed up to compete, and Oswego had a few standout performances.

Faith Coyle finished second in the Women's 800 meter race with a time of 2:23.71, less than two seconds behind the winner. Ellie Decker finished 13th in the same race with a time of 2:36.36 .

Decker finished 14th in the Women's 1500 meter race, finishing in 5:06.32.

Rhiannon Butchko finished fourth in the Women's high jump, clearing a height of 1.45 meters.

Abigail Conpropst was 12th in the Women's Shot Put, throwing for a distance of 8.73 meters.

The team of Michael-Daniel Vodzogbe, Mathew Broadnax, Alex Reyes, and Dan Mars finished fourth in the Men's 4x100 meter race with a time of 45.48.

Aidan Harrington finished sixth in the Men's 100 meter race after completing the event in 11.31. Dan Mars finished two spots behind in eighth, running a time of 11.40.

Harrington finished sixth in the Men's 200 meter race with a time of 22.87.

Nathan Couse ended up 15th in the Men's 800 meter race, finishing in 2:04.20. He also finished 17th in the 1500 meter race after running a time of 4:14.16.

Michael Saavedra was ninth in the Men's Discus Throw with a distance of 33.41.

The Lakers will compete in the University at Buffalo Invitational on Saturday, April 22.
