PITTSFORD, N.Y. – The SUNY Oswego men's golf team closed out a dominant performance at the Nazareth Fall Invitational, securing first place at Locust Hill Country Club with a two-day score of +37. The Lakers held their lead from the opening round and finished eleven strokes clear of the field to claim the team title.

HOW IT HAPPENED
Justin Alvord sparked the lineup on Day 2 with a steady 75 (+3), bouncing back from a tough opening round to climb eight spots on the individual leaderboard and finish with back-to-back birdies.
Sam Ligas carded a 78 (+6), finishing at +9 overall and securing a top-10 finish.
Jack Shaw followed closely behind with a 79 (+7), rounding out a strong two-day performance at +8 overall.
Tyce Helmick and
John O'Neill each posted 81 (+9) in the final round to contribute to the team victory.
