ITHACA, NY – The Oswego Lakers men's and women's track and field teams hit the road for the AARTFC Regionals hosted by Ithaca College on Friday.

HIGHLIGHTS
The men's distance medley relay team, consisting of Jeffery Simmons, Jack Hickey, Tom Mahunik, and Noah Melita, put together a strong effort, finishing with a time of 10:50.40.
In the men's 60-meter dash, Madiagne Niang delivered a competitive sprint, clocking in at 7.06 seconds.
WHAT'S NEXT
Tomorrow the Lakers will take part in day 2 of the AARTFC Regionals at Ithaca College starting at 10:00 AM.
