FLEETWOOD, PA - The SUNY Oswego men's golf team hit the road for the first time this spring to participate in the Moselem Cup in Fleetwood Pennsylvania today.

HOW IT HAPPENED
Michael Douglas leads the Lakers after the first round with a score of 81 (+11). On the front nine he buried 5 pars and earned his first birdie of the tournament on the par 4 16^th.

Tyler Donohue finished his first round with a score of 86 (+16). With 5 pars on the front, he made the turn looking for his first birdie that he buried on the par three 15^th.

Rowen Lynch finished his first round with a score of 93 (+23). After a tough front nine with one par, Lynch settled down on the back and shaved three strokes off his front nine score on the back.

Evan McDonald earned a par on the 5^th and 9^th hole right before the turn. He marked three more pars on the back to finish with a score of 96 (+26).

Tyler Simonetti wasn't able to sink a par until the 8^th hole on the front nine. He improved by two strokes on the back nine with a par on the 12^th and 17^th.

The Lakers will be back for day 2 tomorrow of the Moselem Cup starting at 10:00 AM.
