OSWEGO, NY - The SUNYAC has announced their weekly awards. The Lakers very own Elena Gaffney  was selected as the Women's Cross Country Runner of the Week!

The Lakers were led Saturday by Elena Gaffney who broke another Oswego Record with her 6k time. She finished 4th overall in a field of over 250 runners with a time of 22:15.4. This time sets the new all-time mark for the Women's 6k in Lakers history. She was the third overall Division III runner and the first SUNYAC Athlete across the finish line.

The Oswego cross country teams will return to action on Saturday October 11^th at the Houghton University Invitational.
