LEWISBURG, PA. – The SUNY Oswego men's golf team wrapped up the second round of The Gauntlet at Bucknell Golf Club with another steady day on the course, as multiple Lakers improved their position on the leaderboard.

HOW IT HAPPENED
Leading the way on day two was
Sam Ligas, who followed up his opening round with a 75 (+5). Ligas carded a 39 on the front nine before settling into rhythm on the back with a 36 (+2), securing the team's low score for the day and finishing at +5 overall for the round.
Tyce Helmick also had a strong showing, turning in a 77 (+7). Helmick bounced back nicely on the back nine, recording a 36 (+2) after navigating some challenges on the front.
Justin Alvord showed consistency, posting a 76 (+6). His steady play included a front-nine 38 (+2) that set him up for a solid round.
Jack Shaw matched Alvord nearly shot for shot, finishing with a 79 (+9). Shaw managed to stay steady throughout the day, with a composed front-nine 40 and a back-nine 39.
Evan McDonald rounded out the Lakers' lineup with an 84 (+14). He played a strong front nine at 41 (+5), but ran into trouble late on the back.
