Oswego, NY - The SUNYAC has announced their weekly awards. The Lakers very own Alyssa Budzinski was selected as the softball pitcher of the week.

Budzinski continued to have an excellent freshman season on the mount for the Lakers. She appeared in 5 games this week for 24.2 innings. She allowed only 5 runs while striking out 26. She earned 4 more wins and kept her ERA at 1.04 for the season which leads the conference. She is also tied for the lead in the conference with 8 wins and is third in strikeouts with 65.
