Oswego, NY – The SUNYAC has released the 2026 Women's Volleyball preseason poll. The SUNYAC added 3 new teams for a total of 12 teams ranked 1-12.
The Oswego Lakers landed 2^nd in the poll only behind defending conference champion Cortland.

Last season, the Lakers reached the SUNYAC Championship for just the second time in program history. They finished with an overall record of 20-9 with a 7-2 record in conference.

Oswego earned two first team all-conference selections (McReynolds, Bush), one second team (Vugteveen) and the Rookie of the Year (Dudzinski). The Lakers return 5 starters as well as 9 reserves while welcoming three new faces to the team.

Volleyball will officially open their season on Friday September 4^th at the William Smith Tournament taking on Geneseo at 4:00 PM.
