The Student-Athlete Affairs Program places a great deal of emphasis on service. Students receive a variety of opportunities to engage in activities that allow them to contribute and serve others on campus and in the surrounding community. The committment to service is one shared by the SUNYAC and the NCAA. Both organizations encourage, support, and recognize teams and individuals who give of their time to serve others.
These beneficial projects include a
day of service leaf-raking project sponsored by the
Student-Athlete Advisory Committee and various
team community service programs and other initiatives to meet current needs.
