The Oswego State hockey team completed its North Country sweep scoring a 5-2 victory at fourth-ranked Plattsburgh on Saturday.

The ninth-ranked Lakers snapped the Cardinals 20-game SUNY Athletic Conference unbeaten streak to move to 2-0 in the conference and 4-0-2 overall.

J-S Richard and Ryan Woodward each netted a pair of goals for Oswego State with Don Patrick also scoring.

Freshman Ryan Scott was in goal for the Lakers earning his first collegiate win.

Oswego State returns home next weekend hosting Brockport and Geneseo at Romney Field House.
