The Laker women's lacrosse team opened its spring trip in fine fashion beating Utica College16-5 on Tuesday, March 15, in Florida. The win put Oswego State at 2-0 on the young season.

Ashley-Anne Maltagliati (East Islip) netted four goals in the win with Kathryn Carbonaro (Auburn) chipping in with two goals and one assist.

In goal, Lauren Burrows (Kirkville) won her second straight start, making five saves.
