The Oswego State women's lacrosse team dropped a 16-4 game on Tuesday afternoon at Cortland. The undefeated Red Dragons are currently ranked fifth nationally.

Alisha Sarubbi scored the game's opening goal jst 38 seconds into the contest and later in the first half Oswego State's Ashley Anderson scored to make the score 2-2 with 17:53 remaining in the first half. Cortland outscored the Lakers 7-1 over the remainder of the half and established a commanding lead.

Sarubbi added another goal and Tricia McNeilly had a goal and an assist in the game for Oswego State. The Lakers are now 2-2 in the SUNYAC and 3-7 overall.
