The Oswego State baseball team lost 9-1 at Ithaca College on Wednesday afternoon.

Six different players had a hit for the Lakers, and Mike Levy had the lone RBI for Oswego State when he grounded out in the second inning to bring in Mike Lucatra and put the Lakers ahead 1-0.

The Bombers answered with two runs in the bottom of the second and two more in the bottom of the third, chasing starter Justin Storie who took the loss on the mound. Sean Kennedy, Scott McDonald, and Justin White also pitched for the Lakers.

Brett Shaffer, Nick Marzullo, Zack Owen, K.C. Reardon, and Nick Perioli each had hits for Oswego State.

The Lakers fell to 7-6 on the season and will return to conference play this weekend with SUNYAC doubleheaders on the road at Plattsburgh on Saturday and at SUNYIT on Sunday.
