ONEONTA, N.Y. - The Oswego State men's tennis team (3-6) was never able to get on track in a 9-0 loss at Oneonta (5-12) Monday afternoon.
The Red Dragons held a 3-0 advantage after doubles play with the closest match taking place at No. 3 doubles where
Connor Rhodes (So., Lowville, N.Y.) and
Sam Carges (Sr., Brockport, N.Y.) lost 8-3.
Oneonta continued to roll in singles as
Dillon Corbett (Sr., Honeoye Falls, N.Y.) nearly forced a third set before being broke late in the second at No. 5 singles, as he lost 6-1, 7-5.
The Lakers travel to Rochester on Wednesday to face Roberts Wesleyan at 4 p.m.
