OSWEGO, N.Y. – Senior high jumper
Catarina Burke made the most of the tune up meet prior to the Indoor SUNYAC Track & Field Championships to soar into the top-10 nationally in the high jump with a leap of 1.68 meters (5'6"). Burke breaks her own school record set two weeks ago by an inch and a half.

HOW IT HAPPENED
- Keeghan Savoirr was second in the men's long jump at 6.02 meters (19' 9") and third in the high jump at 1.78 meters.
- In the sprints, junior Amare Greer was third in the 60-meter event and sixth (of 24) in the 200-meter dash.
- Sophomore Kevin Mitchell took a fourth in the men's 400-meter dash in 54.07 seconds with teammate Ousmane Diallo in seventh at 57.14.
- Junior Brandon Fallat finished fifth in a 15-thrower field in the men's shot put with a toss of 12.37 meters (40' 7").
- Senior Eric Perez ran 17:25.30 in the men's 5,000-meter.
- In women's long jump action, sophomore Kayla Guerre finished second with a jump of 4.96 meters.
- Lindsay Fluman was sixth in the weight throw at 12.79 meters.
- Fluman led the women in the shot put with a seventh at 10.77 meters. Freshmen Ariana Gray (12th) and Abigail Conpropst (14th) also performed well.
- Hannah Hertik raced a 20:02.01 women's 5,000-meter.

Oswego will head to Brockport on Friday and Saturday for the two-day SUNYAC Indoor Track & Field Championships.
