HILTON HEAD, SC – The Lakers men's tennis team was back in action this afternoon against Messiah university.

HOW IT HAPPENED

In Doubles, Ethan Bannochie and Anthony Marcano battled for the Lakers. They took on a strong duo from Messiah University and secured a strong win for Oswego.
 
In singles, Matthew Mannara was the first to grab a victory for Oswego defeating his opponent in two sets 6-4, 6-1. The other win for Oswego in singles was by Anthony Marcano taking down his opponent in three sets 4-6, 6-0, 10-7, mounting an exciting comeback for the Lakers.
 
Ultimately, the Lakers fell to Messiah by a score of 6-3.

The Lakers will return home and head to Alfred University next Saturday for a 1:00 PM start.
