CORTLAND, NY – The SUNY Oswego men's and women's track and field teams were in action Friday and Saturday at the Cortland Classic in Cortland, NY.

HIGHLIGHTS

Daniel Mars set a new school and personal record in the men's 100-meters running a time of 10.89! Mars went on to finish fourth with a time of 11.13.
 
TJ Bowes set a personal record of 17:32 in the men's 5000-meter.
 
In the women's 1500-meter, Hannah Reichard ran a time of 4:58 which is her first time running under five minutes and she placed in the top 5 in her first time competing in this event! Christina Gaskievicz was right behind her running a 5:11.
 
Alex Kline set a new personal best in the Hammer throw, 39.40!
 
In the women's 800-meter, Faith Coyle recorded a time of 2:19 and finished 3^rd. This qualifies her for the AARTFC Regional! Coyle also finished 8^th in the 400-meter with a time of 1:01.76.
 
Hannah Reichard, in the women's 800-meter, ran a personal best time of 2:28 and finished 8^th.
 
In the women's 200-meter, Noladia Blum recorded a time of 30.05.
 
Matthew Broadnax, in the men's 200-meter, was the fastest of the Lakers with a time of 23.37. In the same event, Jack Hickey set a new personal record of 23.40.
