OSWEGO, NY – The SUNY Oswego men's and women's swimming and diving teams are gearing up for the 2024-25 season that is right around the corner. Head Coach Mike Holman is heading into his 18^th season at the Helm for the Lakers.

SUNY Oswego will open their season with a home meet against Oneonta on October 19^th. They will follow this up with a second home match on November 2^nd against Clarkson University before hitting the road.

The first road meet of the season will be at Hobart and Willima Smith Colleges on November 9^th in Geneva, NY. Next, the Lakers will head to the North Country Invite hosted by SUNY Potsdam on November 22^nd. The final meet before winter break will be against the Brockport Golden Eagles in Brockport NY on December 7^th.

To kick off 2025, Oswego will travel to Monroe Community College on January 15^th followed by a trip to Roberts Wesleyan in Rochester, NY on January 18^th. On January 25^th, the Lakers will return home to host the Cortland Red Dragons where they will celebrate their seniors before their final regular season meet on February 1^st at Potsdam.

The SUNYAC Swimming and Diving championships will be held this year at the Burt Flickinger Center in Buffalo, NY on February 19^th-22^nd.
