OSWEGO, NY - The College Swimming and Diving Coaches Association of America (CSCAA) is pleased to announce the selection of 781 teams from 459 institutions for the Scholar All-America Team for the Fall 2024 semester. These teams, comprising 19,209 student-athletes, were recognized for their outstanding academic achievements.

The CSCAA has selected SUNY Oswego's men's and women's swimming & diving teams for their Scholar All-America award.

This recognition honors programs that achieve the highest standards in the classroom while representing their institution in the pool. Coach Mike Holman, his staff, and the entire team have demonstrated an exceptional commitment to success both academically and athletically, setting a standard of excellence we can all be proud of.

To earn this prestigious recognition, teams were required to achieve a grade point average (GPA) above 3.0 during the Fall 2024 semester. Of the selected teams, an impressive 654 recorded a GPA of 3.30 or higher, qualifying them for the Intercollegiate Coach Association Coalition All-Sport Academic Standings.

The Lakers men's and women's swimming & diving teams are heading for the SUNYAC Championships on Wednesday February 29^th in Buffalo, NY.
