OSWEGO, NY – The SUNYAC has announced their all-conference teams for the 2025 women's lacrosse season. Eight Lakers earned a spot on the first, second and third team along with being awarded the Coaching Staff of the Year.

Madison Davis earned First Team All-Conference honors for women's lacrosse after an exceptional season as a dynamic offensive leader. She finished with 33 goals and 41 assists, totaling an impressive 74 points and consistently driving her team's scoring efforts. In addition to her offensive production, she contributed defensively with 14 ground balls and 7 caused turnovers, demonstrating her all-around impact. In 2022, Davis was named third team all-conference in the SUNYAC making this her second time being recognized by the conference. Earlier this year she was awarded Offensive athlete of the week by the SUNYAC. Madison is a graduate student at Oswego and came to the Lakers from Whitesboro, NY.
Julia Quirk earned First Team All-Conference honors for women's lacrosse after a standout season defined by her scoring ability, two-way play, and dominance in the draw circle. She scored 39 goals and 5 assists for a total of 44 points, consistently providing a scoring spark for her team. Quirk also had a significant impact on the defensive end, collecting 24 ground balls and causing 11 turnovers. Additionally, she controlled 41 draws, helping her team gain crucial possessions throughout the season. This is Quirks' 5
th time being recognized by the conference but first time being awarded first team. In 2024 and 2022 she was awarded third team all-conference. In 2023 and 2021 she was awarded second team all-conference. Julia is a senior with the Lakers and is from Syracuse, NY.
Aubri Greene earned First Team All-Conference honors for women's lacrosse with a well-rounded and high-impact season on both ends of the field. She scored 18 goals and finished with 18 points, contributing key offensive moments throughout the year. Greene was especially dominant in the draw circle, securing 44 draw controls and giving her team consistent possession advantages. Defensively, she was a relentless presence, collecting 23 ground balls and causing 6 turnovers with her athleticism and awareness. As a freshman, this is the first time Green has been recognized by the conference. She comes to the Lakers from Penn Yan, New York.
Sophie Ruschin earned First Team All-Conference honors for women's lacrosse with an outstanding season as a dominant defender and all-around force on the field. While primarily anchoring the defense, Ruschin also contributed offensively with 12 goals and 4 assists for 16 points. Defensively, she was a standout with 30 ground balls and an impressive 24 caused turnovers, consistently disrupting opponents and creating opportunities for her team. Additionally, she controlled 81 draws, making her a key figure in gaining possession and dictating the flow of the game. As a sophomore, this is the second time Ruschin has been recognized by the conference after earning second team all-conference in 2024. Sophie comes to the Lakers from Riverhead, New York.
Mackenzie Winn earned Second Team All-Conference honors for women's lacrosse after an impressive season. She scored 23 goals and led the team with 54 assists, finishing with 77 total points and serving as the engine behind her team's attack. She also contributed defensively with 17 ground balls, 7 caused turnovers, and added 20 draw controls, demonstrating her impact across the field. This is Winn's first time being recognized by the SUNYAC but before becoming a Laker, she was named an all-American at the University of Indianapolis. Winn is a graduate student with the Lakers from Camillus, New York.
Alexis Hill earned Second Team All-Conference honors for women's lacrosse after a dominant and well-rounded season. She was a prolific scorer, netting 51 goals and adding 8 assists for a total of 73 points, consistently powering her team's offense. Hill also played a crucial role on the defensive end, collecting 42 ground balls and causing 23 turnovers with her aggressive play. Her presence in the draw circle was equally impactful, securing 44 draw controls to help her team maintain possession. As a junior, this is the first time Hill has been recognized by the conference. She comes to Oswego from Windsor, NY.
Sadie Zemanick earned Second Team All-Conference honors for women's lacrosse with a standout season as a tenacious and reliable defender. Known for her defensive instincts and relentless effort, Zemanick recorded 30 ground balls and 13 caused turnovers, consistently disrupting opposing offenses and anchoring her team's back line. She also played a key role in securing possessions with 25 draw controls, demonstrating her versatility and value across the field. As a junior, this is the first time Hill has been recognized by the conference. Sadie comes to Oswego from Binghamton, New York.
Cassidy Croce earned Third Team All-Conference honors for women's lacrosse after a strong offensive season marked by consistent scoring. She scored 40 goals and added 7 assists for a total of 47 points, serving as a reliable finisher and key contributor to her team's attack. Croce also contributed on the defensive end with 15 ground balls and 6 caused turnovers, showing her ability to impact the game beyond the offensive zone. Croce is in her sophomore season with Oswego, and this is her first time being recognized by the conference. She comes to the Lakers from Croton on the Hudson, NY.

Mike Howard were honored as the SUNYAC Coaching Staff of the Year after leading their team to a historic and dominant season. Under Howard's leadership, the team finished with an outstanding 15-2 overall record and a perfect 9-0 mark in SUNYAC play, capturing the program's first-ever conference championship. Their success this season has also solidified her legacy as the program's all-time leader in wins. The recognition reflects the staff's dedication, strategic excellence, and commitment to building a championship culture.
The Lakers will continue their season in the first round of the NCAA Tournament this Saturday at Middlebury where they will take on Ithaca College at 1:00 PM.
