The sophomore attack scored the game-winning goal in the third overtime as the Lakers topped 18th-ranked Ithaca, 8-7, on Sunday to remain unbeaten at 6-0 this season. His goal capped off a comeback that saw Oswego State trailing by four goals heading into the fourth quarter. Porten scored the winning goal after recording a ground ball following a Bomber turnover and also assisted Oswego State's first goal of the contest. Porten also had two goals and an assist in a 13-7 win over Utica on Wednesday. He leads the team with 13 goals so far this season.
