The Oswego State men's lacrosse team lost 15-5 on the road Tuesday at St. Lawrence. The game was initially scheduled to be played at Laker Field, but was moved to North Country Field in Canton due to unsuitable field conditions in Oswego.
The Saints outscored Oswego State 7-2 in the first half and controlled possession throughout the game by winning 16 of 23 draws in the game.
Mike Recor led Oswego State's scoring attack with a goal and two assists. Mike Brewster added two goals and Mike Strohm and Steve Tronovitch had one goal each. Goalie Matt Pfister had 12 saves.
The Lakers, now 2-3 on the year, open their home season on Tuesday against Union College.
