OSWEGO, N.Y. – The Oswego State men's lacrosse team 2013 home opener against NCAA tournament-qualifier Adrian on Saturday, March 9 has been moved from Oswego State to the Le Moyne Athletic Turf Complex in Syracuse. The decision to move the game was made by the Laker Athletic Department to ensure that the game can be played, as Adrian, which is based in Adrian, Michigan, will be completing an East Coast road trip. The game will start at 11 a.m. and free to all spectators.
Oswego State fans, parents, and alumni will have a chance to see the Lakers at one of the finest lacrosse facilities in the country, which was completed in the fall of 2010. The Le Moyne Athletic Turf Complex features a state-of-the-art Field Turf playing surface, an expansive press box, luxury suite and a Daktronics video board.
The Oswego Alumni Association will host a pregame tailgate event on the Le Moyne campus from 9-11 a.m. at a location to be announced at a later time. Registration for the tailgate event will be available online at
oswego.edu/alumni in the future.
