OSWEGO, NY – The Oswego men's golf team was ready for day two of the Oswego Spring Invitational at the Oswego Country Club. The final round began at 10:30 AM.

HOW IT HAPPENED
Tyler Kozlowski was the first into the clubhouse for the Lakers. He had only one par on the front nine making the turn at 49. On the back, he birdied the par 4 15th, but finished his round with an overall score of 96 (+25) bringing his two-day score to 183 (+41).
Trent Robinson showed improvement over his round yesterday. He had two birdies on the front to make the turn at 38. On the back he added 4 pars to make his final score for the day 82 (+11). His two-day total is 174 (+32).
Next into the clubhouse was Dante Cassella. After a slow start he made a couple pars in the middle of the front nine with a rough finish to make the turn at 48 strokes. The back nine was similar with pars coming infrequently, his final score for the round was 94 (+23) which brings his two-day score to 177 (+35)
Jacob Banks made a major improvement on day two of the tournament. He shaved seven strokes off his overall play shooting a 39 on the front and 41 on the back for a score of 80 (+9) on the day. This brings his overall score to 167 (+25).
John O'Neill collected four pars on the front nine to make the turn with a score of 39. The weather was an issue on the back increasing his score by two strokes to 41 on the back. John finished the day at 80 (+9) and that brings his two-day total to 173 (+31).
Evan McDonald was the next to finish up. After a birdie on the par 4 6th on the front he made the turn at 40 strokes. He continued similar play on the back nine to shoot 41 and a total of 81 (+10) on the day. His two-day score is 170 (+28).
Tyler Donohue started off the front nine with four straight pars and made the turn with a score of 36. On the back nine, Donohue gave back a few strokes and finished the round with a score of 81 (+10). His two-day total is 163 (+21).
Gavin Neuland did not register a birdie on the front nine until the final hole and made the turn at 38 strokes. The back nine was birdie free with a few bogeys thrown in to finish day two better than day one with a score of 79 (+8). Gavin's two-day score is 161 (+19).
Connor Tierney sank one birdie and a couple pars on the front nine giving him a score of 39. On the back, he got off to a slow start that he was not able to recover from and finished his round with a score of 80 (+9). His two day score is 159 (+17).

The Lakers A team finished 3rd overall with a combined score of +84. The Lakers B team finished 8th overall with a score of +133. SUNY Delhi was your Oswego Spring Invite Champion with a score of +46 and Tom Christofferson was the individual champion shooting +4 in two days.
