OSWEGO, N.Y. – The Oswego State men's soccer team is set to kick off an exciting 2025-26 campaign with a competitive schedule that features a balance of strong non-conference opponents, critical SUNYAC matchups, and key home events such as Alumni Weekend and Senior Day.

The Lakers open their season on Friday, August 29 at 7:00 PM with a home contest against Clarkson at Laker Turf Stadium. Oswego follows that with one more home game against Hamilton College on September 2^nd at 4:00 PM.

The team then heads on the road for matchups against Elmira, RPI, and Marywood as they prepare for the rigorous SUNYAC schedule ahead.

SUNYAC play begins September 27 with a home matchup against Oneonta at noon. That contest also marks Alumni Weekend, celebrating generations of Oswego soccer. Another key date is Senior Day on October 4, when the Lakers host SUNY Morrisville at 1:00 PM.

The Lakers close out the regular season with a series of SUNYAC games, including home matchups against Potsdam (October 15) and Buffalo State (October 22) before wrapping up at Fredonia on October 25.

Should the Lakers qualify, the SUNYAC Tournament will begin November 1, with the championship round scheduled for November 8.

The Lakers will look to qualify for the SUNYAC Tournament for the second year in a row after finishing the 2024 campaign with an 8-5-4 record.
