OSWEGO, N.Y. -  Troy Seymour has been named the Oswego State Male Athlete of the Week for the week ending on Jan 21. Seymour’s undefeated weekend brought him to a conference title in the 174-pound weight class, going 4-0 throughout the entire day.

The Morrisonville, N.Y. native built onto his impressive Oswego career on Saturday afternoon, notching a pair of tech falls throughout his string of victories. Now ranked eighth in the nation for his weight class, Seymour paved the way for Oswego’s fourth place finish in the contest.

Seymour and Oswego wrestle next at 10 a.m. in Berea, Ohio at the Baldwin Wallace Invitational in their tenth matchup of their season.
